Broccoli Ham Casserole
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sliced onion rings
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Layer broccoli and onion in 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- In a 2-quart saucepan, saute celery in 1/4 cup butter; mix in flour, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
- Remove from heat and gradually add milk.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil about 1 minute and stir in ham.
- Spoon over vegetables.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
