Beef And Sausage Casserole

  1. Brown sausages well.
  2. Cut into thirds and place in a 3 or 4-quart casserole dish.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat from sausages. Brown beef in 1 tablespoon fat; place in casserole dish.
  4. Cook onion and garlic in remaining fat, just until tender.
  5. Add green peppers; cook 1 minute longer, stirring occasionally.
  6. Turn into casserole.
  7. Add potatoes and well drained beans; sprinkle with seasonings.
  8. Mix lightly.
  9. Add bouillon.
  10. Cover; bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
