Easy Beef Pot Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Cut steak into 1/4-inch thick strips.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil and add beef; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Do not overcook.
  5. Remove from skillet.
  6. In the same skillet, add mushrooms, onion, garlic powder and water.
  7. Cook 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in gravy and vegetables.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Remove from heat. Return meat to the skillet.
  11. Stir.
  12. Cut biscuits in half; arrange on top of beef mixture.
  13. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  14. Makes 6 servings.
