Short Cut Lasagna

  1. Cook meat, breaking apart.
  2. In a large saucepan mix together tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice.
  3. Bring this mixture to a boil, then add meat and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with oil and add a layer of the meat sauce into the dish.
  5. Add a layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella.
  6. Repeat this until ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce.
  7. Cover with foil; set baking dish into jelly roll pan and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  8. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
