Lobster A La King

  1. Drain lobster. Reserve liquor, and flake the meat. Melt the butter and add mushrooms and green pepper. Stir constantly over low heat 2 minutes. Stir in the flour and seasonings. Add lobster liquor and milk and cream gradually, while stirring constantly.
  2. Beat in lemon juice and add flaked lobster. Heat thoroughly, and add more salt if necessary.
  3. Serve over toasted English muffing or toast rounds. Yields 6 medium servings, or 4 generous servings.
