Banana Split Cake
- 2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 stick Oleo
- 2 c. Confectioner Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 4-5 Bananas (sliced)
- 2 sticks Oleo
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 large and 1 small container Cool Whip
- Chocolate Syrup
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Strawberries
- crushed Nuts
- Cherries (sliced or whole)
- Melt oleo and mix into cracker crumbs.
- Press crumbs into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
- Beat sugar, oleo, vanilla, eggs with a mixer for 20 min.
- (no less).
- Layer mixture over cracker crust.
- Layer of pineapple, layer of bananas, layer strawberries.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over strawberries layer cool whip.
- Top with cherries and nuts.
- Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
