Three Bean Salad

  1. Trim the green beans and cut into 2-3" lengths.
  2. Steam over boiling water until just tender and bright green.
  3. Rinse under cool water and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, garlic, red pepper, herbs, and green onions.
  5. Season to taste with sea salt & black pepper.
  6. Mix in the beans and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
