Low-Fat Pineapple Oatmeal Squares

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients until well mixed.
  2. If it gets too thick, add a little bit of pinapple juice.
  3. Add the pineapple mix until well combined (use more juice as needed).
  4. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Take them out of the oven before the top starts to brown.
  6. They will stay moist longer if they are slightly undercooked.
  7. Cool.
  8. Combine powdered sugar with pineapple juice and spread on top of bars.
