Fish Dijon

  1. Place fillets on a nonstick baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice over the top.
  3. Bake covered at 450u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  4. While fish bakes, melt margarine in a small saucepan.
  5. Blend in cornstarch and pepper until smooth.
  6. Add milk. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Boil 1 minute.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add remaining ingredients.
  10. Heat until hot, then spoon sauce over baked fish fillets.
  11. Serve immediately on warmed platter.
  12. Yield:
