- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 oz. vermouth
- 1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 large cans tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce or puree
- 1 can tomato paste (large can)
- onions
- green pepper
- 4 to 5 garlic cloves
- garlic powder (lots) (+)
- onion powder (some) (m)
- oregano (lots) (+)
- paprika (light) (-)
- hot ground pepper (powder) (-)
- Italian seasoning (+)
- cumin (-)
- thyme (-)
- roast beef seasoning (-)

- dry mustard (-)

- Simmer for approximately an hour. This will taste even better the next day.
