Good 'N Quick Coffee Cake

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add sugar, salt and half the flour.
  3. Beat 2 minutes.
  4. Add egg, shortening, vanilla and remainder
  5. of flour.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls over bottom of greased pan.
  7. Cover
  8. and
  9. let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake in 375u0b0 oven
  10. until
  11. golden
  12. brown.
  13. Remove
  14. from
  15. oven.
  16. Mix together remaining
  17. ingredients
  18. of
  19. powdered sugar, cream, coconut and pecans.
  20. Spread topping on top of hot cake immediately.
