Mediterranean Chickpea Hummus

  1. Blend garlic first.
  2. Add chickpeas, pulse for a few times at first, then puree, adding tahini paste through the feeder.
  3. Add in olive oil, lemon juice, soya sauce.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add salt, cumin, coriander, cayenne, lemon juice and water.
  5. Blend to a smooth paste.
  6. Transfer to a bowl, and garnish with some chopped parsley and cilantro leaves.
