Apricot Crescents(Each Ball Makes 1 Dozen Crescents)

  1. Cut margarine in flour until it resembles coarse meal.
  2. Combine yolk and sour cream.
  3. Stir into flour mixture.
  4. Divide and shape dough into 4 balls.
  5. Wrap each portion in waxed paper and chill for 4 hours.
  6. Roll out one portion of dough on floured surface into a 10-inch circle.
  7. Spread 2 tablespoons apricot preserves on circle and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons coconut and 1 tablespoon chopped pecans.
  8. Cut circle into 12 wedges.
  9. Roll up edges, beginning with the wide end and place point side down on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
