Oven Chicken Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, then lightly coat the inside of a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, just 1 cup of bread cubes, mayo, just 1/2 cup of the cheese, almonds, lemon juice, minced onion & salt.
  3. Spoon this chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, & top with remaining bread cubes & cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly, then serve warm or at room temperature. Can be reheated.
