Banana Coffee Cake With Streusel Topping

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour 9 1/2 x 4 inch tube pan.
  3. Stir chopped chocolate, brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon in small bowl.
  4. Stir till blended, set aside.
  5. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Cream butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer till light and creamy.
  8. Add sugar gradually.
  9. When mixture is fluffy, add egg 1 at a time.
  10. Beat in mashed bananas, coffee and buttermilk.
  11. Add in dry ingredients and blend well.
  12. Pour half of batter in prepared tube pan.
  13. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping.
  14. Repeat with remaining batter ending with streusel topping.
  15. Bake banana coffeecake about 45 minutes.
  16. Till tester comes out clean when dipped in the center.
  17. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  18. Slice and Serve warm.
  19. Deeeelicious!
