Seafood Chowder

  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Add water, wine, vegetables, seasonings and fish fillets.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Gradually add 1 cup milk to flour to make a thin paste.
  5. Add to hot mixture, stirring and cooking until thick.
  6. Gradually add rest of milk, half and half, crab meat and parsley.
  7. Heat thoroughly before serving.
