Taco Dip
- 16 oz. refried beans
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 small cans black olives, chopped
- 1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Combine beans, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce.
- Spread in bottom of 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Top with tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Brown the ground beef; drain.
- Stir in chili powder, the rest of Tabasco sauce, tomato sauce, olives, salt and peppers.
- Spread on top of cheese. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
- Serves 6 to 8.
