White Fudge
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (7 oz.) can Marshmallow Creme
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. vanilla candy coating
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- pecans or 1 1/2 c. chopped M&M's plain candies
- Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil so the foil extends over two opposite sides of the pan.
- Lightly grease or butter the foil.
- In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
- Over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add Marshmallow Creme, candy coating and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in pecans or candies.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Let stand several hours or overnight, until firm.
- Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil.
- Remove foil from fudge.
- Cut into 1-inch squares.
