Chicken And Crab Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan.
  3. Add onion; saute about 10 minutes or until soft.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Add the stock and the cream slowly.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cook 1/2 minute, stirring constantly.
  9. Arrange chicken, peas and crab meat in layers in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  10. Cover with sauce.
  11. Top with bread crumbs.
  12. Bake 25 minutes or until browned on top.
  13. Serves 6.
