Cranberry Orange Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour bottom only of 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
  3. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and baking soda, mixing well.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Beat orange juice, eggs, oil and orange peel until mixed thoroughly.
  6. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  7. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
  8. Pour into pan.
  9. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool 10 minutes.
  11. Remove from pan.
  12. Cool completely.
