Mexican Fiesta Pie

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Stir in chili powder.
  5. Add cream cheese, chilies, olives and eggs; mix well.
  6. Combine flour, milk and eggs.
  7. Beat until smooth.
  8. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
  9. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon meat mixture over batter to within 1/2-inch of outer edge of pan.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Top with tomatoes and Cheddar cheese.
  12. Continue baking 5 minutes.
