Six Bean Chili With Sausage
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 lb. sausage (bulk)
- 1 c. chopped celery, finely
- 1 c. chopped onions, finely
- 2 cans tomato pork and beans
- 1 can molasses pork and beans
- 1 can string beans
- 1 can wax beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- Brown sausage.
- Add celery and onions; simmer until well done. Add sugar, tomato paste, chili powder and dry mustard.
- Mix well. Put contents into crock-pot.
- Add all canned products (beans and vegetables).
- Stir in molasses.
- Cook 5 hours or more on high or 7 hours on low.
- Serve with French bread and salad.
