Strawberry-Yogurt Pie

  1. Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Beat in yogurt and honey; chill until partially set (mixture will be the consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  3. Whip gelatin with electric mixer until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Reserve a few whole berries for garnish; slice remainder and fold into gelatin.
  5. Chill again, if necessary, until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
  6. Turn into crust.
  7. Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and reserved berries.
