Pepper Steak

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add onions and peppers.
  3. Saute 2 minutes.
  4. Set aside and remove from skillet.
  5. Saute beef sprinkled with garlic powder.
  6. Stir until brown.
  7. Add tomatoes and broth or bouillon cubes.
  8. Simmer 10 minutes.
  9. Blend together cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  10. Stir into meat and cook until thickened.
  11. Add onions and peppers and heat.
