Chocolate Striped Delight
- 35 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
- 6 Tbsp. margarine/butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) tub chocolate nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- 3 1/4 c. cold milk
- 2 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
- Mix crushed cookies and margarine in medium bowl.
- Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
- Gently stir in 1 1/4 cups whipped topping; spread over crust.
- Pour 3 1/4 cups of milk into large bowl, then add pudding mixes.
- Beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
