Frozen Kahlua Cake

  1. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add cocoa and egg yolks.
  4. Dissolve soda and water and combine with coffee and 1/2 cup Kahlua.
  5. Add to batter alternating with flour. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  6. Pour batter in pan.
  7. Run knife through batter to remove air bubbles.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 325u0b0.
  9. Combine confectioners sugar and 1/2 of Kahlua.
  10. Pour over warm cake; cover with foil and freeze.
