Multi Purpose Marinade
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- For Beef
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- For Lamb
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- For Pork
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- For poultry and veal
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon savory
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Combine all ingredients in a jar& shake well.
- Pour over meat or poultry.
- Cover& place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours but best if left overnight.
- Stir or turn occasionally.
