Banana Split Dessert

  1. Combine melted margarine and crumbs with a fork and pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Beat eggs at high speed for 4 minutes.
  3. Add sifted powdered sugar and softened margarine to eggs; beat 5 minutes.
  4. Spread over crumbs.
  5. Chill 30 minutes.
  6. Spread pineapple, then sliced bananas.
  7. Spread whipped topping and sprinkle on pecans.
  8. Chill 6 hours.
  9. When ready to serve, garnish with cherries.
