Hamburger Onion Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Mix Bisquick and cream with a fork.
  3. Knead gently 10 times on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick.
  4. Roll dough into a circle to fit a 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Ease dough into pan and fork edges.
  6. Saute beef and onions until meat has lost color. Add salt, pepper, flavor extender and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spread in dough lined pie pan.
  7. Beat eggs slightly and blend with cottage cheese.
  8. Pour over meat.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake 30 minutes.
  11. Cut into wedges.
  12. Serves 6 to 8.
