Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine(Low-Fat Recipe)

  1. Saute shrimp and garlic in liquid Butter Buds or fat-free chicken broth until shrimp are pink.
  2. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Blend in skim milk, flour and green onions.
  4. Add red pepper now if you are using it.
  5. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese. Heat until smooth and blended.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. Serve over cooked fettuccine.
