Near East Shrimp(Low-Fat)
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3 chopped green onions
- crystallized ginger
- Yoshita Gourmet Oriental Sauce
- Coat a wok with cooking spray.
- Add a teaspoon of oil.
- Allow to heat for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove vegetables.
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil to wok and stir-fry shrimp for 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add vegetables and sauce to taste; cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with nuts and ginger and serve immediately.
- Can be served over rice.
- Yield: 6 servings (218 calories, without rice).
