Near East Shrimp(Low-Fat)

  1. Coat a wok with cooking spray.
  2. Add a teaspoon of oil.
  3. Allow to heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove vegetables.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to wok and stir-fry shrimp for 3 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat, add vegetables and sauce to taste; cook an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts and ginger and serve immediately.
  8. Can be served over rice.
  9. Yield: 6 servings (218 calories, without rice).
