Yankee-Doodle Sirloin Roast

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add roast. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0F for 1 1/2-2 1/4 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145u0b0F, medium 160u0b0F, well-done 170u0b0F). Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
