Beef Enchiladas

  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix 3 cubes chicken bouillon into 2 cups of hot water.
  5. Pour into the flour and margarine for sauce.
  6. Cook until it thickens.
  7. Stir in the can of green chiles and sour cream.
  8. Pour over top of the tortillas. Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 25 minutes.
