Cold Busting Carrot Ginger Pear Oats

  1. Saute the ginger for 15 seconds.
  2. Add pears, apple, carrot and/or sweet potato and saute until they are a bit soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir the oats for a few seconds, then add the chia seed and water.
  4. Bring this to a quick boil, and simmer for 22-25 minutes, partially covered. If required, adjust the consistency by adding more water.
