Beef Lombardi
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Cook ground chuck and onion; drain.
- Put next 6 ingredients in blender and mix.
- Then add to ground chuck and simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles and drain.
- Stir together noodles and sour cream. Spray 13 x 9 dish.
- Layer noodle mixture in bottom.
- Top with meat mixture.
- Top with cheeses.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
