Red Cabbage With Apples And Spices - Crock Pot

  1. Place all ingredients into a large crock pot.
  2. It will be full but will cook down to about 1/5.
  3. Cook for 5 hours on low.
  4. Stirring occasionally adding water if needed.
  5. Optional: Or you can cook stove top saute onions in some butter till softened add rest of ingredients and simmer 1-2 hours or bake at 350 degrees.
