Dirt Cake

• 1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
• 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
• 2 c. low-fat milk
• 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat whipped topping
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
• 1/2 stick margarine

1. Crush cookies and set aside.
2. Blend 2 packages vanilla pudding, 2 cups milk and whipped topping.
3. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, blend margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix both creamy mixtures together.
5. In an 8-inch diameter plastic flower pot, layer ingredients in this order:
6. 1/3 of the cookies, 1/2 of the creamy mixture, 1/3 of the cookies, 1/2 of the creamy mixture and cover with the remaining 1/3 of cookies.
7. Place silk flowers in the center to make it look like a potted plant and keep the secret until serving time.
8. Serve on dessert plates with a flourish and a clean garden shovel.
9. Add your own dramatics.
