Nick'S Awesome Pork Tenderloin Marinade

  1. Adjust honey& cayenne for sweet& heat.
  2. This mix is enough to do two (2) tenderloins.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, set aside.
  4. Cut tenderloin (s) into small puck shaped pieces.
  5. Approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Most tenderloins will yield 12-15 pieces.
  7. Place pieces into marinade& mix thoroughly.
  8. Pour entire mixture into plastic freezer bag.
  9. Place in refrigerator overnight or 4 hours minimum.
  10. Place pieces on grill over medium heat.
  11. Cook for a few minutes each side.
  12. (I like to flip them often) enjoy.
