Chocolate Decadence Cake

  1. Cut chocolates and butter into small pieces.
  2. Put in a bowl. Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar and the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour over chocolate and butter.
  4. Stir until melted.
  5. Whip eggs and 1/4 cup sugar in mixer until double in size.
  6. Stir into chocolate mixture until no white streaks appear.
  7. Pour batter into greased paper lined 10-inch cake pan.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 on a sheet pan with 1-inch water (as for cheesecake) for 40 to 50 minutes until cake is set.
  9. Cool in refrigerator overnight.
  10. To release cake, dip in hot water and run knife around edge.
  11. Frost with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate curls.
