Family Goulash
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch/flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 oz. Light 'N Fluffy noodles
- Brown ground beef in large skillet or Dutch oven.
- Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until onion is tender.
- Combine 1 cup water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, dry mustard and pepper; stir into ground beef mixture.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend cornstarch/flour and 2 tablespoons water and add to meat mixture.
- Cook and stir for 5minutes or until sauce thickens and begins to boil.
- Cook noodles in water, drain and add to meat mixture.
- Serves 4.
