Salmon And Goat Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Blend first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Arrange bread on baking sheet and brush lightly with oil. Bake until crisp, about 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. (Can be made up to 6 hours ahead.
  6. Cover mustard mixture and bread separately; let stand at room temperature.)
  7. Spread bread slices with goat cheese, then mustard mixture.
  8. Top with salmon and garnish with dill if desired.
