South Seas Chicken And Bananas

  1. In food processor, blend lemon juice, condensed milk, coconut and cardamon until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Dip bananas into milk mixture.
  4. Roll in cornflakes and set aside.
  5. Dip chicken into remaining milk mixture.
  6. Roll in the remaining cornflakes and place in 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pans.
  7. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of the melted butter.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Arrange bananas over the chicken; drizzle with butter.
  9. Bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.
  10. Garnish with kiwi or star fruit, if desired.
  11. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
