Oysters Rockefeller Casserole

  1. Drain oysters.
  2. Saute celery and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
  3. Add parsley, thawed spinach, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne.
  4. Grease a shallow casserole. Arrange oysters in one layer only.
  5. Cover with spinach mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 450u0b0.
  6. Remove and sprinkle with cheese and very thin layer of bread crumbs.
  7. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
