Prosciutto, Mushroom And Artichoke Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of the oil.
  3. Saute the scallions, mushrooms and garlic over moderate heat until all the juices have evaporated.
  4. Salt and pepper lightly.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Brush the pizza dough with 1 tbsp oil.
  7. Arrange the prosciutto, mushrooms and artichokes on top.
  8. Sprinkle the Parmesan over, then drizzle the remaining oil over and season again lightly with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately!
