Frigidaire Fruit Salad

• 1 (3 oz.) cake cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp. cream (like for coffee)
• 1/3 c. oil/mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/16 tsp. salt
• 1 c. canned pineapple
• 1/2 c. pecans
• 1/2 c. Royal Anne cherries
• 1/2 c. maraschino cherries
• 1 c. orange sections, sliced
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 c. whipping cream

1. Mix cheese thoroughly with two tablespoons of cream.
2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
3. Cut pineapple into small pieces. Chop pecans.
4. Seed and quarter Royal Anne cherries.
5. Chop maraschino cherries.
6. Combine pineapple, cherries, orange slices, sugar and chopped nuts.
7. Then fold in whipped cream.
8. Pour into freezing tray and allow to freeze without stirring.
