Tangy Meatballs

  1. Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into 2" balls.
  2. Place on a foil lined pan and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
  3. Combine all sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat.
  4. Add meatballs and simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over rice.
