Tangy Meatballs
- Meat Balls
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 2/3 cup powdered milk
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb hamburger
- Sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cooked rice
- Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into 2" balls.
- Place on a foil lined pan and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat.
- Add meatballs and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.
