Blackberry Cobbler
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- Mix first
- 3

- together
- in large saucepan. Stir in berries.
- Stir
- over medium heat until thick.
- Combine next 3 ingredients
- in another bowl and cut in margarine until crumbly. Combine milk and egg and add to flour mixture.
- Stir until moistened.tour

- an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Drop

- mounds on top and sprinkle with additional sugar.
