Low-Fat Nutty Pumpkin Bread

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder.
  2. In large mixing bowl add beaten eggs, sweetener, pumpkin, pineapple and juice.
  3. Mix well; then add half the dry ingredients, mix again and gradually add the rest of dry ingredients, mix well. Then fold in Grape-Nuts cereal. Spray well a Bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until done when tester comes out clean when inserted in center.
