Chicken With Snow Peas(Serves 4)

  1. CONVENTIONAL:
  2. In small cup, combine cornstarch, water, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and seasonings.
  3. In large frying pan, heat oil until very hot.
  4. Add chicken and green onion.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is white and done.
  7. Add vegetables and soy sauce mixture.
  8. Cook on simmer setting, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened.
  9. Pea pods should be hot, but still crisp.
  10. Serve over fluffy white rice.
