Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Prepare oven at 400u0b0.
  2. Mix hot water and margarine in bowl. Stir in stuffing mix, pepper and 1/2 of the pineapple with syrup. Beat out the chicken breasts flat.
  3. Spoon stuffing on chicken and roll tightly and hold with toothpicks.
  4. Place in a 9-inch square baking dish with extra stuffing in center.
  5. Mix remaining pineapple, syrup, sugar, vinegar and ginger.
  6. Spoon over chicken.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly done.
